Week 1–2

We go deep. Team interviews, tool review, process documentation. Every manual task gets logged. Every handoff gets examined. Output: a prioritized automation roadmap specific to your firm.

Week 2–3

Before we build anything, we fix the workflow. Intake forms get redesigned. Handoff sequences get clarified. Communication templates get written. The automation runs on something solid.

Automation build

Weeks 3–8

We build. Weekly check-ins, working demos as each automation comes online. You see it working before it goes live.

Final week

Full documentation. Walkthrough session with your team. 30 days of support included. You understand everything that was built.
