01
Workflow Audit
What it is
A complete map of every manual process, handoff, and bottleneck in your operation. We interview your team, observe your tools, and document exactly where time is being lost. We also check whether the software you pay for is actually being used, and flag where there is room to renegotiate or cut. If you want, we lead the renegotiation for you.
What you get
A prioritized automation roadmap with time estimates, effort scores, and a clear recommended sequence. Not a generic report. A specific plan for your specific firm.
Timeline
5–10 business days
Who it's for
Boutique and small-to-mid-size law firms that know something is broken but aren't sure where to start.
Free. No obligation to build.
02
Process Redesign
What it is
Before we automate anything, we fix what's broken. Most automation projects fail because they automate a broken process. We redesign the workflow first (intake forms, handoff sequences, communication templates) so the automation runs on something solid.
What you get
Redesigned workflow documentation, updated intake forms, handoff sequences, and a clear before/after map of how work moves through your firm.
Timeline
1–2 weeks depending on scope
Included in every automation build engagement. Can also be standalone.
03
Automation Build
What it is
End-to-end build of the automations identified in the audit and redesign phases. We work with your existing tools: Clio, MyCase, PracticePanther, Google Workspace, Outlook, whatever your stack is. We don't add unnecessary software.
What you get
Working automations, documentation, a walkthrough session, and 30 days of support. You're never handed something you don't understand.
Timeline
2–6 weeks depending on complexity
Flat rate quoted upfront. No hourly billing. No surprises.
Your stack, connected

What gets built
What it is
The most common builds are the five on the home page: a qualifying intake form, one-click matters, one dashboard, your firm's own AI, and the Monday deadlines email. They run on the systems you already have: intake can land in Clio, MyCase, or a spreadsheet, and matters, the dashboard, and the Monday email connect to your case management system through its API.
What you get
Leads qualified before the first call, matters opened in one click, every file on one screen, plain-English answers from your own files, and each assistant's deadlines in their inbox every Monday.
Timeline
Delivered in the Automation Build
Starting points, not a fixed menu. Every build is scoped to your firm after the free audit, and if your bottleneck is somewhere else, that is what we build.
In practice
A typical law firm keeps its answers in three places: the case management system, the legal assistants' own closings spreadsheets, and an intake leads sheet. Knowing what closes this week, or what is still owed, means asking someone, opening a sheet, and logging in to check.
We connect them. The dashboard reads matters, closings, tasks, and outstanding balances from the case system's API through the day, and merges them with the assistants' sheets. The assistants still work in their spreadsheets. Everyone else looks at one screen: what closes this week, what's owed, which files have gone quiet, where leads come from, and an AI you can ask about a file.
That is the pattern behind most of what we build. The data you already have, shown where you already look.
