These terms govern your use of wazan.ai. They apply to visitors browsing the site. They do not govern paid engagements with Wazan — those are covered by the Service Agreement (and, where applicable, the Data Processing and Confidentiality Addendum) you sign separately as a client.
Who we are
wazan.ai is operated by Osama Jamal Rajeh, doing business as Wazan AI, a solo AI automation consultancy.
Use of this site
You may browse this site and submit inquiries for informational and business-evaluation purposes. You may not scrape, copy, or republish site content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
No professional advice
Content on this site (including case studies, blog posts, and general descriptions of our approach) is for general informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for a scoped engagement and does not constitute technical, legal, or financial advice. Specific commitments about deliverables, timelines, and outcomes exist only in a signed Service Agreement.
Intellectual property
Site content, design, and branding are owned by Wazan AI unless otherwise noted. Client logos or names referenced as case studies appear with permission and remain the property of their respective owners.
No warranty; limitation of liability
This site is provided "as is." We make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wazan AI is not liable for damages arising from your use of this site. This limitation does not apply to liability arising under a signed Service Agreement, which is governed by its own terms.
